When will my order be shipped?
Same or Next Business Day: We ship in-stock items the same or next business day.
- Orders received prior to 6:00 pm, Eastern Time (3:00 pm, Pacific) are shipped the same day (except weekends and holidays);
- Orders received after 6:00 pm, Eastern (3:00 pm, Pacific) are shipped the next business day.
You will know that an item is in stock when the shipping notice just below the Add-to-Cart button (see
graphic at right) indicates that “This item will ship the same or next business day.”
Exceptions: Items that will not ship the same or next business day will display a different shipping notice below the Add-to-Cart button, such as “This item will ship in 3-5 business days” (see graphic at left). Items so marked might be in transit to our warehouse or may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. (Typically, you will know that an item will be drop shipped when its item number ends with “-DS”)
Orders with more than one shipping status: When a multiple-item order is received containing items with more than one shipping status, The Watch Prince reserves the right to delay shipping the order until all items are ready to ship. This option will usually be exercised when the shipping status — “This item will ship in 3-5 business days” — is displayed for one or more of the items ordered. You may request to split the order, but additional shipping charges will apply.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: When your order has been shipped, a shipping-confirmation email will be sent to the email address you
used when ordering. This message will contain your tracking number. Some email services/clients may filter these messages, so be sure to check your spam folder.
Out-of-Stock Items: If an ordered item is discovered to be out of stock, we will notify you via email. If you do not check your email on a regular basis, please provide a daytime phone number with your order so that we may let you know of any delays or problems.

When will I receive my order?
When you will receive your order depends on several factors:
- When your order is shipped: (see “When will my order be shipped?”)
- The shipping method selected: (see “What shipping methods are available?”)
Note regarding
expediting shipping: Upgrading to Next-Day Air does not necessarily mean you’ll get your order the next day. The same is true for 2nd-Day Air or 3-Day Select.
If your order is placed after 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) it will not ship until the following business day. Also, UPS does not count weekends or holidays in its
calculations. So, if you place an order on Thursday evening (after 6:00 p.m., Eastern) and request Next-Day Delivery, it will generally ship on Friday and arrive
on the following Monday.
- Your shipping address: Remember that most orders are being shipped via UPS from suburban Portland, Oregon. This
means that orders shipped to the East Coast via UPS Ground may take seven to nine days. You may
estimate shipping time at the UPS Website (address of origin is Beaverton, Oregon 97005). (if selecting UPS Ground, see “How long
does Ground shipping take?”)
- Day of week that you place your order/Holiday Orders: When calculating UPS shipping time, keep in mind, the day your order is shipped
does not count as a day (nor do Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). If your order is being shipped via 3-Day Select on a Wednesday, Thursday is Day One,
Friday is Day Two, and Monday is Day Three (the day your order will be delivered).
Drop Shipments: Some items
will be drop shipped from the manufacturer or distributor. Typically, you will know that an item will be drop shipped when its item number ends with “-DS”
(see graphic at right).
When an item is being drop shipped, the length of time that it takes to arrive via ground shipping changes based on company’s location
(time-in-transit for expedited shipping methods is not affected by location.)

is the only shipping method for shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. When presented with shipping options, you must select “UPS PuertoRico, Alaska,
Hawaii” for the correct shipping cost to be applied to your order.

When does my order qualify for free shipping?
Orders $75 or larger are eligible for free UPS Ground shipping when they are shipped to a destination in the Continental U.S. (“Lower 48”) In addition,
orders $300 and larger are eligible for free 3-Day Select shipping to the Continental U.S. The free shipping offer is not available for shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. (See rates at How much does shipping cost?, above.)

destination from the time your order is shipped. (Remember that business days
do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.)

How do I ensure timely delivery?
Follow these steps to ensure the timely delivery of your purchase.
- Check the shipping status of the item(s) you are purchasing - directly beneath the Add to Cart button, you will find the shipping status.
This is an indicator of how quickly your purchase will be shipped.
- Select the appropriate shipping method - based upon your shipping location, choose
one of the allowable shipping methods that fits within your time requirements. Keep in mind that in-stock
items are shipped from Beaverton, Oregon 97005. If you choose UPS Ground, the delivery time will vary depending on your location (see map,
above).
- Carefully enter your address - when completing your order, carefully enter your shipping address, taking extra care to accurately enter both street
address and zip code.
- Do not use a P.O. Box - your order cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box. If you do not provide a physical street address, your order will not be
shipped until we can obtain one from you.
- Use a recommended shipping address - The Watch Prince suggests that you have your order shipped to a location where somebody will be available to
receive it. If nobody will be at home during the day, use a business address or have it shipped to a family member or friend who will be at home. UPS drivers
will use their discretion to leave a package at your door. When they do, there is always the risk of theft, or damage from weather, animals, etc. The Watch
Prince cannot be responsible for these occurrences.
- Respond to failed delivery attempt notifications - it is standard procedure for UPS and other couriers to make three (3) delivery attempts to deliver
a package (a “failed delivery attempt” may occur if the driver determines that is unsafe to leave an unattended package). When a notice is left that a delivery was
attempted, contact UPS immediately. Failure to do so will result in UPS returning the package to The Watch Prince after three delivery attempts. Additional shipping
expenses will need to be collected before the package can be re-shipped.
- Check tracking status - If timing of delivery is crucial, check the tracking information each day to make sure that your order has not become lost
or incorrectly routed. For example, if your order is being shipped from our
warehouse in Oregon to Los Angeles, your order probably should not be in a
distribution facility in Texas. If anything about your tracking information appears suspect, contact us
by email or by calling toll-free 866-885-0560.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Your order will be shipped via UPS, which requires a physical street address for delivery.

Why we use UPS (and not USPS)
Occasionally, people ask why we don’t use the U.S. Postal Service for shipping. While some mail options can reach select locations faster than UPS
Ground, they simply do not provide the tracking capabilities that allow us to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
It is our belief that there is little difference in service between one company and another when everything goes right. It is on those occasions when
something goes wrong that one quickly finds out who provides the service to most quickly rectify the problem. Kind of like car insurance, you don’t know the
difference between one company and another until you file a claim.
UPS tracking and exception reporting provides us with the ability to easily identify delayed shipments, monitor attempted deliveries, and make fast
determinations that packages are lost. These features allow us to more quickly issue shipping refunds, re-ship orders, or take other actions to make things
right for our customers.
It is because of our desire to best serve our customers that we choose to ship via UPS. They are not perfect, but neither is USPS. Yet when there are
problems, UPS allows us to fix them more quickly. And, in the majority of situations when everything goes according to plan, both you and we know where
your order is at all times.
Some people like to bring up cost as an issue. First, we invite you check out our shipping rates. Then, compare them with similar services
from USPS (remembering that
detailed tracking and quick lost order resolutions are not available from USPS.) Then, assume that your order gets lost or delayed in shipment.
Wouldn’t you want us to be able to take the fastest action possible to get your order to you? Our experience tells us that most do.
Remember, we are in business to sell watch accessories. We do not want shipping to be an obstacle. With that in mind, we have chosen UPS because our
experience has taught us that our customers like us to be able to tell them exactly where their orders are and when they’ll arrive, rather than saying,
“It’s in the mail, but we don’t know where it is.”

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will be notified via email. This email message will contain your tracking number. Please note that these emails are
automatically generated, and because they are sent in mass, some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) will filter them as spam. Be sure to check your spam
filter if your shipping confirmation email does not appear in your inbox.
If you cannot locate your tracking number, you may request it via email
or by calling toll-free 866-885-0560. When you obtain your tracking number, you may enter it on the UPS website to check the status of your shipment.

What about customs fees, duties, excise taxes, or tariffs?
Any fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs assessed by the governments of international purchasers are the responsibility of the purchaser. For additional
information, view “A Guide for Canadian Consumers”.
Note to Canadian purchasers: It is a
violation of international trade laws for a merchant to mark a purchased item as a gift in order to avoid taxes, fees, or tariffs. The Watch Prince cannot
accommodate such requests. Nor can we send an invoice showing a purchase price less than the actual order amount.

Do you ship to other foreign countries?
No, we do not. We only ship to the U.S. and Canada. We reserve the right to decline/cancel any and all international orders.
